Digital Textile Design

I have experience in Lectra's Kaledo software. It is a software that allows designers to design prints, knits, and yarn-dyed woven fabrics. This page will demonstrate my Spring 2019 textile collection, along with other examples of textiles I have experimented with in Kaledo.

Spring 2019 Textile Collection

Color Board

The light colors are selected to reflect the lightness and newness of the spring season. The two dark colors create a nice contrast with the light colors. For this collection, cherry blossoms are my source of inspiration because they represent the time of renewal.

Daylight

Daylight Fabric Swatches

Five swatches of different weaves and print. Print was done with Adobe photoshop. The weaves incorporated are dobby, jacquard, satin, and herringbone.
